Kausar Bibi is National Training officer for Child Protection and Gender Equality at Right To Play –Pakistan. She has done M.Sc. Gender & Women studies & Social Science with 10 years of diverse experience of working in local, national and international rights based humanitarian and development organizations. During her professional journey, she has designed, delivered and evaluated multiple projects in regular, emergency and post emergency situations with both national and international donor agencies including DRP, Save the Children, Royal Norwegian Embassy, UNICEF, Global Affairs Canada (GAC), and IKEA. She possess outstanding experience as development professional in program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and assessments. Her core areas of expertise involves developing advocacy and communication strategies, coordination, partnership, and networking. She also embrace excellent attributes of Monitoring & Evaluation as well as facilitation and her area of interest as a facilitator is Child Protection and Gender Equality mainly. Along with that, she has strong communication skills such as report writing, manual and modules development, translation, content writing and designing of newsletter, design advocacy purpose posters related to gender equality, child protection, child safeguarding, Disaster Risk Reduction and Gender Based Violence, etc.
Besides that she has a diversified experience of trainings both received and conducted at national and international level. In addition to this, she has done International training course in child Rights and Protection from Ombudsman of children, Sweden and South Africa and course on Child Protection in Bangkok (Thailand).
