Mojaz believes in harnessing the potential of the community through mobilizing them to help themselves. This notion prevails in all interventions of the organization in all operational areas. The communities are organized into groups – sharing similar interests, businesses, aspirations, and hopes. These groups are called choupals. This is a primary receiving mechanism which is utilized for the implementation of every intervention. These choupals meet regularly with specific objectives of planning, implementation., monitoring, capacity building, and information sharing etc. Mojaz has mobilized several unions in District Narowal and Muzaffargarh and has formed more than 100 choupals.
