about us

Mojaz Support Program (MSP) traces its roots back to 2008 when it started its journey as a Microfinance institution with the name of Mojaz Foundation (MF) established under IFAD’s ILPI initiative. The goal was to reach out to poor and marginalized communities who otherwise didn’t have access to financial services offered by conventional banks. MF started its business through its head office in Narowal district with one branch office and financial support from Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund. Mojaz Support Program got registered with SECP as a Non-banking Finance Company (NBFC) in 2016, having its own independent board that clearly demonstrates its maturity and acceptance at national level.

Currently Mojaz Support Program is providing financial services, such as general loans, SME loans, Micro-insurance to more than 193,378 clients, through a branch network of 29 branches across 5 districts in Pakistan. Over the years, MSP’s portfolio has grown consistently and by reaching out to more clients and expanding its operations geographically as well. MSP has been able to provide a number of loans successfully to help micro-entrepreneurs, especially women and youth to become financially stable and invest in their future. Our interventions in the poor communities have helped many individuals set up small and medium enterprises that have created jobs, built assets, and raised their standard of living.

MSP runs established a Client Relationship Management (CRM) System to stay connected with its clients in order to provide them timely support. Subsequently, a Call Center is also established to address complaints, suggestions and update recovery status. With our commitment to client satisfaction, we at MSP are progressively moving towards our goal supporting poor and marginalized communities especially women and youth to become financially stable and contribute to the development of the country.
